At Elevra, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our local partners who prepare your signature experiences.

2. Refund Tiers

30+ Days Before: Full refund minus a small administrative fee.
15-29 Days Before: 50% refund of the total booking value.
Less than 15 Days: Non-refundable, though we will attempt to reschedule where possible.

3. Special Circumstances

In cases of force majeure or government travel restrictions, we offer full travel credits valid for 24 months, allowing you to experience Elevra at a later date.

Please submit cancellation requests via email to hello@elevra.lk. The timestamp of your email will determine the refund tier applicable to your booking.
